Revel opened its doors on Endymion Saturday during Mardi Gras  2016, Revel was conceived by New Orleans hospitality icons, the husband-and-wife team of Chris and Laura McMillian. With roots in the cocktail renaissance and deep connections to New Orleans’ culinary legacy,
